SleighBook is a trade name of AllieWay Technologies LLC. AllieWay Technologies LLC operates the SleighBook platform and is responsible for the information practices described in this policy.
Information we use
SleighBook uses account and identity information supplied through DenOps Network; performer and customer contact information; booking dates, addresses, services and notes; calendar events you import or connect; communication preferences and consent records; and operational records such as access, delivery, payment references and audit history. Connected calendar links may contain private access tokens and are treated as confidential credentials.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide bookings and business tools, reserve time, support customer communication, calculate travel estimates, process enabled payments, maintain your preferences, resolve support requests and protect against fraud and messaging abuse. Calendar or contact imports do not automatically grant SMS consent.
Who can access it
Booking information is available to the relevant customer, performer and authorized business staff according to their access permissions. Authorized support and safety personnel may access information needed for their responsibilities. Private travel-start or mailing addresses are not automatically published to customers or marketplace profiles.
Service providers process information necessary to supply enabled features, including DenOps Network for identity, Stripe for payments and Twilio for text delivery when activated. Messaging providers and carriers receive the phone number and message information needed to deliver texts. Connected calendar providers process requests to retrieve the feeds you enable. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or necessary to investigate fraud or protect safety.
SMS Messaging Privacy
SleighBook, a service of AllieWay Technologies LLC, may collect your mobile phone number and messaging consent when you choose to receive text messages about bookings, schedules, customer-service requests, reminders, and related account activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not required to purchase or use SleighBook services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
Security and retention
We use access controls and safeguards to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information as needed for the service, financial records, consent and opt-out enforcement, dispute resolution and safety obligations. Retention varies by record type; deleting an account may not immediately remove records that must be retained for these purposes.
Your choices
You can update available profile and communication settings and pause or disconnect calendar connections. Disconnecting a calendar does not automatically delete bookings already imported. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.
Children and optional AI features
Account and booking management are intended for adults. Do not provide unnecessary personal information about children in booking notes or messages. Any optional child-facing AI experience requires a separate parent-directed consent and privacy flow before use. This policy does not itself enroll a child in that service.
Website operation and updates
We use session cookies and request/security records to support sign-in, preferences and website protection. This policy will be updated as enabled features change. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
