SleighBook is a trade name of AllieWay Technologies LLC. AllieWay Technologies LLC operates this website and provides the SleighBook platform. References to “SleighBook,” “we,” “us” and “our” in these terms refer to AllieWay Technologies LLC.
Using SleighBook
SleighBook provides booking and business-management tools for performers and a marketplace where available. Marketplace participation is optional. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in secure. Use only information and calendars you are authorized to manage. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, unsolicited messaging or unauthorized access.
Bookings and payments
Review the performer, service, date, location, price and cancellation terms before confirming a booking. A pending reservation is not a confirmed performance. For private bookings, the performer supplies the service and is the seller; SleighBook provides the software. When enabled, payments are processed through Stripe under the terms shown at checkout. Marketplace-specific terms and fees will be presented before a marketplace transaction. Availability of payment and marketplace features varies during the pilot.
Subscriptions and optional messaging charges
Any applicable subscription or optional service price is shown before enrollment. Platform billing is currently disabled during the pilot. When SMS billing is enabled, performers who choose private-booking SMS are charged USD $0.01 per inbound or outbound SMS. Marketplace-booking SMS carries no SleighBook SMS charge. Unpaid private SMS usage carries forward. On the first of the month, the actual accumulated balance is billed only if it is at least $5.00. A smaller balance is not rounded up or charged midmonth. Carrier message and data rates may still apply.
SMS terms
By actively selecting the SMS consent checkbox and saving your preferences, you authorize SleighBook and the identified booked performer or business to send booking-related texts to the number you provide. These may include confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, departure and arrival estimates, delay notices, invoice or payment updates, and replies to booking questions. Message frequency varies with booking activity. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of SleighBook.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent in your booking communication preferences or contact [email protected]. A necessary opt-out confirmation may follow your STOP request. Do not provide a number you do not control. Tell us if you change your number. SMS delivery depends on carriers and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not an emergency service.
Text delivery begins only after mobile confirmation and messaging-service activation. Saving preferences does not itself send a message. When confirmation delivery is available, SleighBook sends a confirmation request and the user must reply JOIN from the same mobile number to complete enrollment. Estimates and automation
Travel times and arrival predictions are estimates, not guarantees or live-traffic information unless expressly stated. Twinkle is an AI assistant. Review information and choose automation settings appropriate to your business. Performers remain responsible for their services and customer commitments.
Service access and support
We may restrict activity that violates these terms or threatens users or the service. Features may change, and interruptions can occur. Changes to these terms will be published through the service. Material changes will be presented when required. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
